The work was accomplished and the technician knew what he was doing, but I wasn’t comfortable. I called a 603 number and they said they were in windham. Then a 978 number called to say the technician was on the way and then a 617 wanted me to Zelle the payment. . Wouldn’t take a check. Finally accepted a credit card because the 603 number I called said they would have the accounting people call me. I verified again that they were in windham said yes but apparently they are in Lynn. 😳Since it was taking so long, He finally took a credit card. The company never called me back. He was so expensive. Really expensive. But I didn’t like the various numbers - I just didn’t get an honest feeling about the company. Especially when they never returned my call. I asked Jose to come check on my garage door and mechanism because they were pretty old and I thought it might need to be replaced. Jose had me open and close the door several times, and inspected the mechanism very closely. Afterwards, he informed me that the door and mechanism were still in good condition and had many years of operating life to go, if maintained regularly. Thank you, Jose for your honesty. You can and should trust the Doctor! Our overhead door/opener had been acting up for a few days until it finally gave out. We had a "handyman" come out to take a look and he just made it worse, but didn't mind taking our money for the house call, typical for some home services companies in Lynn! I came across Dr. Garage Door Repair while desperately looking for a quick (but permanent) fix & I'm so glad I did!! I was able to get an appointment for a consult that same day and our door was up and running that same day.
