This was a great experience. I got an estimate and a quote very quickly, although it took me some time to actually set up an install time because I was dragging my feet, the office was very accommodating and even squeezed me in early. Great communication. TJ and his crew were great. They showed up on time with a heads up text, installed a whole new furnace and AC, gave me a quick lesson, patted my dog on the head on the way out the door. I'll be using this service again.

Our furnace went out last week, and immediately we called D&R to come diagnose the problem. When it was determined it needed to be replaced, they were quick to come back for an official estimate. They called me the day I put down my deposit to get us on the schedule and were here 2 days later to install. Everyone we spoke and worked with were all so friendly and helpful, and made us a priority for having no heat in the dead of winter! Thank you all for helping us get heat back in our house!

!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!....READ FIRST.....Did you hear the one about the retired Marine who decided to sink everything into redoing a little Sandwich and Ice cream place along the river ? I needed code compliant HVAC...The call went out , and they began to come...by land and by sea ..(ok river) ..more about bass boat guy in a sec ....2 states and 6 counties worth ...The excessively over priced GOOD the BAD and the UGLY. I would have attracted less attention by wrapping myself in raw meat and swan diving into a congolese warlords ill kept Hyena pen! Curiously, they all had a different solution to my situation ?, Seemingly though, they did have one common denominator, to retire in the lap of luxury off of this job! Tech that came out was here when they said they would be, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't quit until the job was done. Also found another issue and fixed that to prevent future issues. Overall outstanding service. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again, Dylan!
