I contacted Dr. HVAC for an AC problem during a very hot summer week. While other companies were not available, he scheduled us within a reasonable time. He arrived on time and attempted to repair the problem. My HVAC was 15 years old, and could not be repaired. He gave us a clear explanation, and addressed all of our concerns. He offered us an HVAC system priced reasonable. He could not finish the job on the date of the installation. Even though he was closed for business on the following day, July 4th, he came to the house and finished the installation because he did not want us to go an extra day without the AC. His work was very professional and clean. I strongly recommend Dr. HVAC and his staff to others.

Our heat stopped working, and the company that originally installed it couldn’t come out for 3 weeks (even though it’s still under warranty). I had three different technicians come out before speaking with Ameen from Dr HVAC. The three rooms at the far end of the house, away from the HVAC system, never had good airflow. Each previous technician offered different suggestions but seemed unsure of themselves. When Ameen arrived, he confidently assessed the situation within a few minutes, gave the perfect recommendation, and assured us that he would handle it at a reasonable cost. On the day of installation, the team worked professionally and respectfully. Beside installing a new HVAC system, they also installed dampers and fixed ventilation duct.
