D&R Mullins Cooling& Heating

Our A/c went out Friday evening. A friend recommended Randy Saturday morning so I called him at 11, and he was there by 1 to get started. We needed a new motor for our indoor unit and was expected to be done Wednesday. He came a day early, got everything working, AND he even brought my grocery delivery in while waiting. Great people and will highly recommend to anyone!

Ac went out on a hot day, I called around 6 not even expecting an answer, but Randy did. He was there next day by 11 and had fixed by 3. Amazing turn over in less than 24 hrs! Efficient and accurate on a hot day. Fixed before my wife got home from work made me look good 👍🏻 Highly Recommend!

Great experience all around! I’d phoned around 4:30 and was told he would be by around 6 or 6:30. Got a text instead around 4:50 and was told he was on the way much sooner than expected. I was having an issue with my heat not shutting off when it should. After checking and ruling out several possibilities he discovered it was an issue with one of my breakers. Very simple fix. He also took the time to explain everything he was checking to me which I appreciated. As well as detailed information on how to resolve this issue in the future if it ever happens again. Great price given to me as well. 10/10 would highly recommend!
