Amazing job cleaning my sofa! My daughter’s dog threw up on my sofa and we couldn’t get the stain or smell out. After they finished cleaning it, the smell is gone and it looks brand new. Very fair price and great customer service. Highly recommend Dr. Steemer!

I didn't like the experience at all. The man who came to the house charged $250 for a 4x5ish area rug and a couch. I thought they would do a deep clean, especially when I told him I wanted to have the pet odor removed, but the couch still smells and my carpet is... I guess a little cleaner. I wouldn't use Dr. Steamer again, but I would've been fine just paying the bill and using another service next time. What made me decide to leave the review is that the the dude cleaning the carpet in my room started asking me weird questions like whether I was single or not. I'm not here to assume his intentions, but it was a creepy experience nonetheless. Once again, increible service! Steven is a magician! I wished a had taken a picture of the before. My 2 todlers had destroyed my couch. Meaning paint, ink, soil... I can't believe it's back to it's glory. Thank you so much Steven, Dr. Steemer!
