Mr. Draffen was extremely helpful, accommodating, and considerate. We needed carpet and vinyl for a seasonal home by the lake. He met us on a Saturday since we couldn't meet during the week. He patiently answered ALL my questions and patiently waited for me to figure out what I wanted. The installation crew did a beautiful job and were courtesy. The two guys knew what they were doing. I'm very pleased with my carpet and vinyl. Thank you, Mr. Draffen. If I need flooring in the future, I will definitely be going to Draffen Flooring.
