Did awesome job in replacing a new tankless water heater , clean up was great , was on time and explained all I needed to know about the heater and it's up keep

I have an old house with hose bibs that I could not replace since it required cutting and replacing part of the water line, as well as the bibs themselves. Carl provided me with a fair estimate for the work, showed up on time to perform the work, and did an excellent job. Finally, I have found my plumber in Richmond. Thanks for a great job and experience.

Carl came the same day that I called for an estimate to replace my water line. He gave me an estimate, called Miss Utility that day to mark the all-important water and electrical lines, and then completed the work 3 days later. He communicated with me promptly throughout the process, and answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend him!
