Work was completed as promised and the crew who showed up was great! The ability to pay at closing was appreciated but the admin side of the business is lacking. We requested to be kept in the loop regarding permit and work commencement and were not. We were told we would get a final invoice with the two year warranty going to the new buyer, we have yet to receive.

Geoff and his crew were awesome!!! They came through for me when we had to have it done and no one else could. Thanks again Geoff and Hector an amazing job!!! A+++++

I would recommend Geoff and his services anytime. We had him out to scope our sewer for a home inspection and unfortunately we found corrosion and a crack in the sewer line pipe. We had issues with our insurance provider to cover the work that needed to be done. Geoff called the insurance adjuster and went to bat for us. He went above and beyond for us, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for him. I would hands down recommend him for any service needed. He knows his stuff and takes care of his customers.

Drain Brain was the most competitive quote for replacing our entire sewer line, but more importantly the work and crew were impeccable. Don’t expect much communication wise, but the utility marking, permitting, inspection, etc. will all be taken care of for you. Hector and his crew were on time, super hard working and incredibly kind/polite. Bonus points for saving as much of our yard/plants and flagstone walkway as possible. I hope no one I know needs them, but Geoff and his crew will be my recommendation to everyone.

Drain Brain, specifically Geoff, was great to work with. Called him on a Monday afternoon, sent him my scoped sewer footage, he called me after watching, explained what I needed to have done, and sent me a quote. He had a crew here the next day at 8am! Price was fair, work was good, now poop is flowing properly!
