Drain Busters Plumbing IS EXCEPTIONAL!!! OH NOOOO!! Was our first reaction last night when our water heater sprung a leak!!! Thank goodness we called Drain Busters to fix it. As it was after business hours, we left a message and were quickly replied to by Miles. He informed us to shut off the water for the evening, and he would come by the next morning to access the situation. We were so pleased when he showed up early and gave us the run down. Unfortunately, our water heater was waaaay outdated and had been leaking for some time already before the big blowout. Fortunately, Miles already had an entire new unit with him already and said he could install it in a jiffy. Wow!!! What a convenience!! Seriously, it only took him an hour to completely remove and install a new unit!!! AMAZING JOB

I had a recommendation from a friend that knew the owner of Drain Busters. I needed my main water line repaired because of a leak. Dylan showed up as scheduled on September 2nd to fix the water line. There were lots of tree roots to dig through to get to the pipe. By the time they were done it cost $350, that was less than half of what I got on the estimate the day before from another plumber in SLO, $800! Photo attached is the repair. I would call them again if needed.

Needed our water heater replaced. Left a message early morning. Got a text asking for pics. Miles came out within 20 minutes of sending the pics. Measured, gave me a price, said he would be back in 20 minutes to do the work. Miles was professional, friendly, knowledgeable. He gave me a VERY fair price and was done in 90 minutes. When we need people in the trades, we always want them to be responsive, capable, easy to deal with and fair with their pricing. That's how Drain Busters operates. Very pleased.

Had Drain Busters out to replace my water heater and they did a great job! Came in just under the estimate, and their estimate was already lower than others I had bid the job. Great communication from the office to get us in sooner than our scheduled appointment. Will absolutely use them again for future plumbing problems.

Five stars is not enough for this company. Regina in office is great to work with, guys that came out were on time, professional, and did a great job. Had an issue with a bad line, after snaking and having to come back a couple weeks later, the guys new there was a bigger issue. Older home and line was bad and needed replacing. Drain Busters went above and beyond, repaired and cleaned up area good as new before they left. The ONLY plumber to call, ever!
