Dalton came out and inspected a leak coming from my wall under a bathroom sink. He was informative and explained the issue thoroughly. Luckily it was a simple fix. He also noticed my kitchen faucet was loose and offered to fix that as well! Super friendly and highly recommend.

Had one of their guys come out to run a camera through the main sewer line to check for issues. He showed me the footage in real time and pointed out root intrusions and a couple bad joints and explained what we were looking at. Took the time to explain what it meant and what our options were without pushing for anything. Straightforward and professional.

I have used this company twice thru my home warranty policy. I JUST LOVE THIS COMPANY! Their response time is fast and both service men that have come out to my home were professional, knowledgeable and willing to listen and educate me of what they were doing! Just a great company!

We detected a leak in our plumbing through our tub a couple of days ago and called Drains N More. Simon is great and explains everything clearly on why my drain was leaking. Diagnosed the problem and then checked 2-3 other items that could’ve been the issue to be sure they weren’t causing damage.
