Hunter was fantastic, friendly, timely and quick. Did exactly what we needed. Kind of pricey, but what isn't these days? Super happy with the process.

Charlie was great on the phone when I called to schedule septic pumping. She worked us into the schedule for the next day as we were experiencing potential septic problems. Tim from Drains Plus serviced my septic tank today. He was prompt, polite, professional and pleasant to talk to. I wasn't sure where the tank lid was, but Tim found it quickly. He carefully removed the grass and dirt, placing it on a tarp to avoid damaging my lawn. After the pump was finished, Tim replaced the dirt and grass and my lawn looked great! There was no mess left behind. He patiently answered all my questions, explained septic systems and the maintenance required. I fully recommend Drains Plus for any septic service. Thanks Tim!

I had another plumber cancel last minute and Chris was able to come out the same day to fix our problem. He even showed us some tips/tricks on how to do things, and got our drain system draining perfectly again. Our washer drain system just needed a new vent, and he went to our local Ace and bought the part & replaced it. Thank you so much!

We are very pleased with the service Drains Plus provided. We had our main drain line clogged and flooded our entire laundry room on a Saturday afternoon. I knew we were outside of normal business hours so I wasn't expecting to find someone so quickly. They answered and came over within an hour. Zach showed up and the customer service he provided was exceptional. He fixed the issue very quickly and informed us what the root problem was. If this ever happens again I won’t call anyone else.
