Dramis did an awesome job on our floor. Worked with Luke on the cost and schedule, both of which were very reasonable and fit our needs. Very helpful with assisting selection of stains and final finish. Nick is very skilled, has all the knowledge and experience to do great work. Nice to work with a punctual and trustworthy team. Appreciate the dialog on addressing wood flaws. I felt that Nick was quite experienced with understanding temperamental wood flaws that are normal for oak flooring and how to properly deal with them. We are very pleased with the results. We intentionally went with Character Red Oak 3/4” T&G that has variations in color, and can be challenging to work with. The results are amazing. Dramis just re-finished my 70 year old oak floors . I cannot say enough positive things about this company. The owner, Luke, was always available for consults and questions and was extremely helpful and kind. The technician that did the work on the floors, Nick, was an absolute professional all the way through the project. Refinishing hardwood floors is a physically demanding job for sure. I’m so glad I hired Dramis to install my new hickory hardwood floors! Jessica and Damien are such hard workers and they are committed to the quality of their work! I made an odd request and asked them for “rustic white” floors. Dramis worked hard to find the perfect combination of stains to get the exact color I was looking for and I was blown away by the results!! My floors are FREAKIN FANTASTIC!! I love them sooooo much!
