I contracted Jessica and Gabriel for an 11-month inspection on a new build we purchased. They were incredibly thorough, informative and just overall pleasant to work with. After their inspection they summarized all of their findings so that nothing in their report would catch me off guard. My only regret is that I did not hire them for my initial home inspection. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their provided service! They were very accommodating, as well as professional. How attentive they were to detail, and addressing possible concerns yet functionality and practicality of things noticed during the inspection was impressive. Both interior and exterior attention to detail as well as some of the innovative training like drone usage for roof inspection, as well as thermal scanning for possible leaks was such a cool, yet incredibly useful service. To start, Jessica and Gabriel were super friendly the moment I pulled up to the home I am looking to purchase and they were already starting their review of the property. The entire time they were keeping me in the loop on the tests they were performing. I appreciated that they took their time to make sure that nothing was missed.
