John Seibert is a con man and theif. he told my in laws, who are in their 80's, that pipes had to be replaced and a floor torn up to fix a clogged drain. Demanded $250 up front. When they felt uneasy about this they had another plumber who only had to snake the drain pipe to fix the problem. when they called to cancel, John refused to return the "up front" money. This man preys on the elderly and is total scum. Avoid him like the plague!

THIS GUY IS A JOKE OF A CONTRACTOR AMD DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFFESIONAL! I had called one week and we set up a time for him to do a consultation on Friday. Well he decided the consultation would work better Monday. Monday rolls around he comes out. Says yea well do it Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around he says yea I'm busy well do it Wednesday. Wednesday rolls around he says I have bigger jobs that make me more money than a water heater.

We paid under $20 for two buckets of balls and it gave the three of us over an hour of fun. We can’t wait to go back!
