Elvis is a true professional! He arrived on time, and the elevator in my building was broken. Thank goodness that both him and my neighbor were willing to walk up four flights of stairs with a 100lb machine. He was very thorough and explained the process as he was cleaning. My carpet looks great and I will be using him to clean the tile in my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. I have already recommended him to my family members. I highly recommend him, you will not regret it!

Had a great experience with Elvis. Took a week to get everything done, love the pick up and drop off option. This is great for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time because they are very punctual. My carpet was returned smelling clean and refreshed with all stains removed. Will definitely be using them again.

I decided to take a chance and use Dream Steemers to clean 3 carpets and the grout I’m my kitchen. I saw all the great reviews online but was still skeptical. No more. My kitchen floor now looks like new and all my carpets came out much, much pcleaner than I ever expected. The owner Elvis does all the work. He is a true professional that takes pride in his work. I wish him a long career in the cleaning business and will use him again when needed. I would give six stars if I could!

Amazing & fantastic job!!! You will not be disappointed. So marvelous I used them twice!!! The other companies did not compare. I have 2 cats & 2 young kids. The sofa accumulates with odors, filth, crumbs & sticky spills. Dream Steamers is like magic and made it look brand new!!! I’m so happy & relieved to no longer be embarrassed of a messy sofa.
