If you’re looking for a quick job with cut corners, DON’T call Luis. Luis is an artist and does meticulous work. We hired him to take care of a drainage problem, build a new back patio and new front steps. Everything came out beautifully. It took him a while, but as he says, “Do you want it done fast or do you want it done right?” His pricing is fair for the high quality work he delivers.
