Drew Metzler Roofing

I cannot give Drew Metzler a favorable review. This is how the crew left my home after paying many thousands of dollars for a new roof installation. I made multiple calls and he made many promises to review and repair this. I never saw him again. I wish I had stopped payment but I believed his company to be reputable. Definitely not the case.

Drew Metzler Roofing did an excellent job replacing the roof on my mother’s home. Drew discussed the scope of the job with my son, told him exactly what needed to be done and how long the job would take. My mother’s home had several roof leaks which were causing interior damage so the roof needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Drew and his crew started the job the day after Christmas and finished 2 1/2 days later. The job came out great. Drew was very easy to work with and very responsive to all my texts. I would highly recommend him.

The most honest, most considerate kind, knowledgable person I know. He knew that our flooding issues were more than roof problems. Still attempted to fix something, which helped some of the issue, would not let us pay him, and recommended we find a plumber to fix our more ongoing leaks. If I ever have any roofing issues, or if I move and need to fix or instal a roof, he will be the first person I call! Drew is a Gem.

I have 3 leaks in my roof and he doesn't return my calls..My roof is only 4years old..I'm told he's selling his business and moving very soon. I def wouldn't trust ANY work he does now. He's on the run from many dissatisfied people as I write this. I'm disabled and can't afford this repair by someone else.DO NOT USE HIM

Recommended by a commercial roof guy I know. Came for estimate when promised, spotted cause for my roof leak, from the ground, instantly. - Like some Zen Roofmaster from the East. Needed a nudge or two but fixed it as promised, very reasonable price, no mumbo jumbo. If all the contractors I call could operate this way.... This kind of expertise/workmanship is rare nowadawys and getting rarer. Don't mess around, this is the guy.
