From working with Ann, my designer—who was knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly attentive—to the delivery team; every single person we interacted with was kind, prompt, and highly professional. Communication was clear, timelines were respected, and the level of service made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. Just want to recommend Drexel Interiors and their whole team for the great transformation of my laundry room. Thanks to Ann, Mark and Monte and his team for a job well done. Even though my home was recently built my laundry room was lacking cabinets and functionality. Ann helped me pick additional cabinets and tile to give the room a finished and completed look. Monte and his team did a great job on install. Very detailed, asked me questions on preference through the process. So neat and clean I had no clean up after they were done. Love doing laundry now!

Drexel was hired for a full kitchen remodel down to the studs. They cracked the drain pipe behind the kick plate when installing the new plumbing to kitchen sinks We had an active leak for 8 weeks before it was discovered. they claim “we did not touch that specific part of the pipe” so we are not responsible. Repairs to replace all lower cabinets and part of the flooring is about 40k. We now have leaks in the kitchen sinks. 6 months after the start we still have incomplete work and repairs. Avoid this company at all costs. Now we are going to court. I wish I could post before and after photos. The response below is a lie. When you modify existing plumbing when you are supposed to replace ,and damage the pipes in the process how can you not be responsible??

We worked with Michael Wheeler. Michael helped us select the hardware for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. He did a great job. Michael was very thorough. A good communicator.

Bryan helped us pick the right material for the job and got us a great deal on it. On top of that, he connected us with a great floor installer, and was extremely helpful getting the whole project done, and done well. Bloomington Cooperative Living would happily work with them again any time!
