I called to have the carpets cleaned in my office and they showed up, provided a quote in about 10 minutes. I said great, can you clean it now. The technician said yes, got to work and got it done. Clean, fast and efficient. I am pleased with the process and how they treated me and I will use them again.

This is a terrible company and one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I hired DKI Dreyers after a pipe burst in my unit on December 15, 2024. My unit is on the third floor and the water also flooded the unit below. After coordinating with the owner, I asked DKI to dry the downstairs unit as well. I was not informed until roughly six hours later that the downstairs unit had no electricity and could not be dried. No alternative solution was suggested. The following day, an electrician confirmed power could not be restored because the unit was wet. I had to suggest running power from my unit or using a generator, something a professional drying company should have identified immediately. I had an excellent experience with this company. No surprise my insurance company denied my claims so this expenditure had to come out of pocket. When Justin arrived I informed him of this and he was very reasonable and upfront with me. A few hours later Jay and Jacob arrived and they were the best. Their knowledge and professionalism made having them in my home an absolute pleasure despite the moderate damage. They had a great sense of humor and got to work quickly and efficiently. They addressed all my concerns and did not leave until the job was done which was after dark. I highly recommend them!

I was very satisfied with their service. the two gentleman that came to my house Ryan and I believe the other gentleman‘s name was Isaac. They were very professional and worked very hard always cleaned up after themselves. They both did a fantastic job.

Jay, Kendall and Jacob did a wonderful job . Great kindness and professionalism. Great asset to the company. I would recommend this company to anyone. Manny was a wonderful help as well. My dog loved Jay and Jacob as well giving them thank you kisses.
