Dreyer's DKI

Very pleased with the service we received from Dryer’s DKI. We had a water leak in our bathroom the day before we were leaving on vacation out of the country. We called and spoke to Andrew and explained the situation and he advised to shut off the water and send photos. It was day before Thanksgiving so it would be a few days before they could get here but damage wasn’t bad so he said it could wait. Our neighbor let them in to do the tear out and mold mitigation and everything was done and communication from Andrew and Manuel was timely and professional. Also, Sarah and David were great in setting up the claim with our insurance company. Highly recommend this company!

This is a terrible company and one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I hired DKI Dreyers after a pipe burst in my unit on December 15, 2024. My unit is on the third floor and the water also flooded the unit below. After coordinating with the owner, I asked DKI to dry the downstairs unit as well. I was not informed until roughly six hours later that the downstairs unit had no electricity and could not be dried. No alternative solution was suggested. The following day, an electrician confirmed power could not be restored because the unit was wet. I had to suggest running power from my unit or using a generator, something a professional drying company should have identified immediately. Dreyer's DKI is a knowledgeable, professional team of individuals with excellent internal and external communication and strong interpersonal skills. They performed a thorough job with noteworthy dedication. They knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue in a timely manner. When the job was completed, a couple dedicated team members who had really poured themselves into the work, were even willing to go the extra distance and give these two puppies a new home. =) Should need ever arise again in the future, we will be calling Dreyer's DKI. We are so grateful they were there when needed!

This is an awesome company, Extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable, honestly cared for my concerns. I would say that it is pretty rare to find a company like DREYER'S DKI these days. I wish I would have taken photo's .... I will submit some when they complete the restoration part of the process. I am a very happy customer..

I hired Dreyer’s to help me finish cleaning and disposing of belongings that had been contaminated from a faulty storage unit. Jacob and Derrick worked with me all day to sort through things. They were efficient and thorough. Also, they were so friendly and kind. Being able to sort through things while laughing made a difficult experience much more endurable. I am very grateful to them and would highly recommend them.
