Excellent company and workmanship-Honest, transparent, and responsive. DRIFT Waterproofing & Renovations came in last fall to diagnose and correct a problem from incorrect work years prior. Pat clearly understood the issue and he and his team came in and resolved something that could have been much worse over time. Previous work on the property included two drainage discharge pipes for sump and water filtration that terminated in the middle of basement wall to underground outside. The effects were evident with perspiring cinder block (see before and after photos). We also opted to improve the sump site at the same time. Drift waterproofing was extremely responsive, communicated with our tenant, and got the work done immediately! I would highly recommend them. Pat, Devin and TJ were awesome! Pat was able to give me a quote over the phone. He made it to my house the next day to verify it. The following day, Devin and TJ came out and fixed the problem. All of them were really knowledgeable on the issue and fixed it quickly. We got a very reasonable quote compared to other companies.

Had a persistent leak in the basement and nobody I called could figure it out. Pat came out and gave me a thorough explanation of the job and a fair price. Tom and Melvin did an excellent job! The work is super clean and was done quickly.

What an amazing experience with this company! I can see why Pat and his team get 5 star reviews. I needed a solution to my basement drain as it would easily clog and water would flood into the basement. Pat provided that solution. He scheduled an estimate for the day after I called. He was prompt, professional and honest about the work that needed to be done. Ty and Devin arrived on time, were professional, friendly, and did an amazing job installing the box drain and downspout extension. They left the work area clean and kept me informed of the status of the job. I wish all contractors provided this level of customer care. I highly recommend!
