Excellent service! I called in the middle of the night and instantly received a kind and understanding response about my irrigation system that had gone haywire. Robert communicated with me about when he could come the next morning and found my issue right away and educated me in the process! He also gave me information about a different potential issue in my house that I really appreciated. It Didn’t feel salesy at all. It felt like he was genuinely trying to prevent any further plumbing issues. As a business owner, I can understand a deposit - people often waste your time that you could have dedicated to another customer. He did not, however, require a deposit for my issue.

BUYER BEWARE - I wish I would have read the other reviews before I gave any money to this business, because the same thing that others have written about happened to me unfortunately. This has been a very frustrating process, and I hope to save others reading this from having to go through this. Robert Huffman (owner of the company) is not reliable - do not trust this business to complete the work and look elsewhere immediately. Robert came out to my house and seemed friendly and determined to assist with drainage and tree work to assist with our lawn. I communicated my timeline with Robert up front and he agreed to come out to complete the work the next week. He sent an estimate, requiring a 50% deposit before the work started, which I promptly paid. Robert has now cancelled and "re-sche

******* UPDATE: This matter has been resolved with the money being returned without the need of civil court interjection. ******* I had an extremely infuriating experience with Robert and his company, and I feel obligated to warn others. In August 2024, I hired him to address a sinkhole on my property and complete some crawlspace plumbing work. I paid a 50% deposit of nearly $4,000 upfront. Despite 2 months of delays, false assurances, and lack of communication, the work NEVER began. After repeated requests for a refund via email, text, and postal mail, Robert only returned $1,000, leaving my wife and I with nearly $3,000 unpaid. I have been forced to take civil action to recover the remaining balance and criminal action to stop others from becoming victims. I would STRONGLY advise anyon

I was referred to Drip Drop by a plumber who suddenly had health issues and canceled my repair at the last minute. Robert and Guy came out quickly and I could tell immediately they were getting the job. Very friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. They got to work early the next day and finished what everyone else said was a 2 day job in 1 day. Their price was very competitive also. I would certainly recommend!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. Do not go with this company. They pushed back our original appointment 2 times, causing us to push our other contractors. The day of the appointment came today and guess what? They have been a no show. They have stopped responding to texts and phone calls. They have our deposit too. Now I have to push my other contractor once again. Robert is highly unprofessional and a thief. I will be pursuing actions to get our money back.
