DRL Carpet

Experience was excellent. The on line scheduling was very easy and a team came out to do measurements, etc. Within 24 hours we had the quote and the work was scheduled later that same week. Very neat, professional and at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use DRL Carpet for future projects. Highly recommend!

We needed to replace the carpet for the entire first floor of our home and DRL was a great team to work with throughout the entire process. We will certainly be giving them a call when we do the upstairs carpets in a few years.

Feb 18 2026 I needed a repair to a carpet that needed to be stretched. I had contacted several carpet companies. One never answered my message, the second came out, reviewed the job but never got back to me with a quote. I then contacted DRL carpet service and had the best experience ever. They were always reliable and on time both when looking at the repair needed and returning to complete it. In addition, I had the rugged shampooed along with four stools. The information that was given to me initially when the job was looked at was complete and informative. If I called the company back with a question, someone always answered the phone and my question immediately. Today the repair and cleaning were done and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. I am very pleased with the work DRL did at our home. We had vents cleaned that likely had never been done before. The gentlemen who arrived were polite, knowledgeable , clean and organized. Carpets were cleaned, they were pretty worn and matted and now look like new. Will definitely be using them again in the future
