So much better than dealing with the garage direct. I had a mixup when I was signing up and the team at DropCar was able to make it all right within about 20 minutes of me reaching out. Beyond that, the attentiveness and speed of customer service and processing my parking tax exemption and setting me up with the garage is something I have never experienced, particularly with parking in New York City. I highly recommend going through DropCar if you are looking for monthly parking in New York City and will be recommending it to all of my friends and family!
