Vic did an excellent job. They showed up when scheduled, quickly identified the problem, repaired the problem and performed a complete system check. Pricing was very reasonable for the service received. I highly recommend Vic and Druziako HVAC.

My 73 yo mother had a problem where her furnace was not working. I called Druziako and informed them what was going on. They were quick to send out a tech who came within the hour. Vic showed up, very personable and courteous. He diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and informed me it was a board in the furnace. He stated he will call his suppliers to locate a board. In 20 minutes he told me he had found one in Portsmouth NH. Vic told me the board was going to be $695, labor $175hr for 2 hours labor, and the 15 minute diagnosis charge was $195. Vic told me he ordered the board and it should be in the next day, once he has it in hand they will call and schedule an appointment to install it. I paid the $195 which I believed to be a little steep since I told them up front what the code was and

Vic came and was efficient and did a very thorough job of cleaning and inspectimg the furnace and installed a new thermostat.I would recommend him for referance at any time.I am completely satisfied with his sevice.

I recently bought a house and needed a new furnace and I wanted to add central AC to my house. I have a friend who has been a contractor for 20 plus years in the town I moved to. I asked him who he uses, he said he only uses Druziako. I called them up and they came out gave me all my options and advised me on the best way to add duct work etc. They gave me a date they would be there and said it would take 2 days to complete the install. They showed up on time. They finished it in 2 days. Guys were professional and clean. The whole project came out better than I expected. I couldn't be more happy. I would recommend them to anyone. I would also recommend central AC to anyone. It's a nice gift to give yourself :)

Had a problem with a mini split. Low on refrigerant. Tech said no indications of a leak. Unit was factory charged. Later on unit stopped working again. Turns out unit had a leak.
