Dry Basement Solutions

I had my basement waterproofed in July for $6, 927.00 This weeks Tues. storm I've had water in basement. I called the company and Steve told me to send photos and he's get back to me in 2 hrs. Acted like he didn't now who I was. I never heard from him all day and when I called back from a different phone he told me I had the wrong number when I told him who I was...and he hung up. I"ve called a few times on 2 numbers I had for him and left messages or/and no answer.I am a senior woman and I feel I am being totally taken advantage Supposedly they guarantee workmanship for as long as I hold the title of the property. He is a con artist and a crook! Good thing I have not replaced the dry wall & carpeting.

Stephen is a fraud. He contracts third parties to do his work. Does not supply a clear contract and list of items agreed upon . His crew that showed up talked a good game but Stephen's communication is horrible. He promised me double french drain system and any isdues would be fixed. They came back multiple times because i was still getting water in basement. Through cinder block. They did not install dimple board on walls. I paid a second Company to waterproof the outside foundations as well but due to the bad interior work by Dry basement solutions We are still getting water. $6700 out the window. Ilawsuit would follow bit his contract he gave me is barely filled in.

I met with Stephen to discuss my options after my basement flooded. He showed up the same day and was very thorough with what they would do to correct the issue. We settled on a decision and they began work the next day. The people that came were professional and courteous. They finished the job within a few days. I was happily satisfied with the whole process. These days it’s very difficult to find a good contractor to perform quality work. Three rainstorms later and my basement is still dry. Definitely recommend using this company.

The job went well. Contractor was respectful and answered all my questions. They cleaned up after job and were very mindful of their surroundings while doing the job. My basement has stayed dry through numerous heavy downpours over the years!!! I would highly recommend them.

We had water issues in our basement and we called Dry Basement Solutions and Steve came out the next day to provide us with an estimate. He was very thorough and his crew (Geno) did an excellent job. They installed a French drain and (2) sump pumps in our basement as well as mold remediation. They were neat, punctual and completed the job in a timely manner. We had 2 inches of rain the next week and not a drop of water in our basement.
