This was such a horrible thing to happen. I woke up and it was raining in my house. The whole downstairs was flooded and there were streams of water coming out from the ceiling and light fixtures. We did not know what to do. when Lance showed up we did not know what to expect. LANCE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! He put me and my wife at ease. He walked us through everything and then some. We are first time home owners and this was just a nightmare. Lance really made us feel like things were going to be okay. You could tell he really cared and was not just doing his job. Thanks buddy. I will definitely recommend Dry Force because of Lance.

He didn’t just do the job Lance helped guide me through a stressful situation, even assisting me with making the necessary calls and getting things moving quickly. His professionalism, urgency, and work ethic were incredible. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and truly wants to help people get back on their feet after a disaster.
