Lance was excellent! He really turned a terrible day around. He was very respectful, clean cut, and knowledgeable. He respected out him as if it was his. I called dry force to help me clean up the water in my house and after 30 minutes I thought to my self I can do this on my own. I as I started to call back and cancel Lance knocked on my door. I was surprised he came so fast since is was after hours I didn't expect anyone until the morning. He did a great inspection amd took pictures. He also found wet areas that I had not suspected. He was very poilt and patient with us. My mom is here and is very ill and he worked around her with no problem. He was surely a class act.
