Dry Kings Restoration of Marin

I recently contacted Dry Kings and one other remediation company for a small job at my rental. John answered the phone promptly on a Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend (!) and got me situated. Justin showed up for the job and was a real professional and very knowledgable. I was very impressed! Still haven't heard back from the other company I called! Highly recommend Dry Kings.

I thought I might have had a mold issue, but due to Dry Kings' quick response, thorough review and honest answer, it turns out we're in the clear. Their technician was prompt, polite and honest, will hire again if the need ever arises.

I am a 22-year-old mother and a college student studying law. I am submitting this complaint regarding Dry Kings restoration due to serious issues with their service. Recently, my vehicle was damaged by there company vehicle due to negligence of a driver employed by them. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter via calls, texts, and emails, the company has failed to respond. Additionally, a representative provided false insurance information, further complicating the situation and demonstrating a lack of accountability. As a young mother and law student, I take these matters seriously and am deeply concerned about the unprofessional behavior and negligence displayed. I am submitting this complaint to request that this issue be investigated and resolved appropriately.

I would not recommend Dry Kings to anyone. The quality of your work was substandard and left incomplete. Your communication regarding the scope of work was unprofessional and misleading. You presented a scope of work that included specific services, yet when I inquired about those items being completed, your response was that it was the homeowner’s responsibility to seek out and arrange for those services—despite them being clearly listed in your own scope. This reflects a lack of accountability and integrity in both your service delivery and customer communication.

I had a collapsed pipe under the bathroom that turned my crawlspace into a toxic mess. After a week of failed duct cleanings and guesswork, I called Dry Kings. They came out the next day, then returned to clean and sanitize everything. They were punctual, polite, and did a fantastic job—no more smell, no more mess. Even better, the final cost was less than the estimate. Super impressed. Highly recommended!
