Had a great experience with Patrick and the rest of the Dry Patio Solutions team. The consultation was very helpful in understanding the different options and ensuring it fit my deck and desired aesthetic. It took a while to get on their schedule, but once we did they installed their system quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. It has changed the nature of our back patio completely, making it a much more enjoyable and useful space. I definitely recommend their services and their system!

5 stars for Dry Patio!!!! We’re really thankful we found Dry Patio. Pat and the crew were kind, professional, and very respectful of our home. They showed up on time, completed the under decking, drainage, and ceiling, added fans, TV and lighting, and even fixed our swing. Everything was done right and the pricing felt fair. They truly made our outdoor living so much easier and more comfortable.

My wife and I had a complete backyard transformation. We added a new deck with outdoor living space under it. It is an incredible space! Pat and his crew came in on the exact day as promised and installed an amazing wood grain metal ceiling. Not only does the area stay completely dry, but it looks amazing! Pat came out and visited the site several times, while the deck was being built, to ensure everything was being correctly so his waterproof ceiling would be able to be installed properly. Pat even offered to help lay out the lights, switched outlets, and ceiling fans! Working with Pat was an great experience! Dry-patio Solutions did an amazing job installing our under-decking system!! It looks amazing and it is so nice to be able to enjoy the patio area. Pat, Michelle, and their crew were super friendly and knowledgeable. They were very responsive to all of our questions.

Pat did a fantastic job of installing our under decking system. We met with him in Feb 2022 and signed the contract and was given a installation date of April 11th, 2022. Him and his team showed up on that date and worked for 4 days straight to complete the project. His team was very professional and went above and beyond with the carpentry work. We had extra composite decking from the reverse decking they did and they used the extra decking to cover under the stairs that was showing. It was a turn key project and I did not have to oversee the work because their attention to detail was impeccable. They matched our house siding and painted the receptacle's and pipe that ran down. It was an expensive project and not the cheapest but it was worth every penny for the quality and workmanship t
