We had a little flood in our basement due to Hurricane Helene. We contacted Dry Pros to waterproof our basement. They did a fantastic job! They were nice and friendly and worked with you on what needed to be done and they are local! They did detail work to make sure that the flood will never happen again. I would recommend Dro Pros 100% to anyone having issues with flooding in their basement.

Hurricane Helene came through and we had a little flood in the basement. We called Dry Pros and they came and waterproofed our basement and garage. They pulled up our floors and put them back like nothing was done in the basement. Need to waterproof your basement. I recommend Dry Pros all the way and we definitely support local businesses

I'm sure that I had already written a review for the basement project Dry Pros had completed for our nearly 100 year old house in east Asheville last year when it was finished. But I'm back to write another review because I am SO GRATEFUL that we did this renovation and that we had hired Dry Pros for the job. Why? Because we made it through Helene without one single drop of water coming into our basement. We are so close to Biltmore Village and our basement had always flooded prior to having this work completed. They did mold removal, water-proofing, and renovated the basement so that we could use it as a bedroom and living room. And it was spared. We had water back up into our basement from under the foundation during a major storm. We hired DryPros to do the emergency clean up and put a water control system in - including a sump pump and foundation drainage. Their crew was excellent the whole way through, even as more and more issues came up during demo. They rebuilt the entire finished basement too - and honestly did better drywall and mudding work than drywallers I have hired before. Highly recommend!
