Dry Run Restoration

Woke up on a Friday morning to a flooded fully finished 2,100 sq ft lower level. We hired ServPro and fired them same day due to lack of man power, urgency and "we don't work on weekends". Then hired and fired Service Master due to lack of expertise, man power, faulty equipment and "we don't work on weekends". Finally, we were referred to Dry Run Restoration. A team of 6 very experienced men showed up to work with us to mitigate our water damage; extract water, protect our expensive furniture, pack up and relocate our personal items, remove carpet and padding, remove damaged trim, insulation and doors and much more. We felt so at ease knowing that this team was knowledgeable, highly organized, had the best equipment to measure moisture, dry out and dehumidify our home. I would NEVER

John was fantastic. He took the time to walk me through steps to alleviate any further flooding damage when my residential facility was in crisis. He even took the time to personally follow-up on our situation. That kind of service, advisement and concern is appreciated beyond expectation. We had the unfortunate event of basement flooding over the summer with the heavy rains. Dry Run Restoration came to our rescue when other companies were booked out. They evaluated our basement situation, and then explained in detail what interventions were needed and what to expect with the restoration process. They put us to ease that they would take care of the situation and have our basement back to working condition soon. They brought in dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the basement and came back to check the condition daily. Every person that we met was very professional and respectful of us and our home. Dry Run Restoration was fantastic. They responded very quickly to my request to come and look at my wet basement. Their communication was great. They evaluated the damage and immediately came up with a game plan. Very courteous and respectful. They removed my basement contents to a unit pod so that the basement could be dried, and treated for mold. They are currently assisting me in recommending a service for my repairs.
