Dryer Vent Pros

Alex was excellent! Knowledgeable, kind, fast and smart. My dryer had an error code on it. When I called he knew exactly what it was. He came out to my house and explained everything that he was going to do to clean out my dryer duct which is 15’ long running under the master bath floor to outside of the 3rd story. Came equipped with all the tools, a shop vac and a ladder. He said to contact him if there was a further problem. Highly recommend! I had two service companies let me down. One showed up with no equipment. Alex heard this and fit me in.

Alex came to fix our dryer vent hose that was installed incorrectly previously. He came out to our house, developed a plan and did exactly what he said. Alex did a great job! He’s extremely professional and knowledgeable. He even gave us some tips on other appliances that we had been having trouble with. Will use for future dryer cleanings and other appliance issues.

Alex arrived on time to my mother's home and had to repair the dryer duct outside on top of cleaning the air duct inside. He and his associate explained throughly what needed to be done. Even getting the parts needed to complete the job. He did an excellent job so much so he will be cleaning my dryer air duct next week! I highly recommend Alex and Jimmy if you need a reliable and dependable technician.
