Fantastic experience all the way around! The lady at the call center who booked our appointment was very friendly and efficient. Robert showed up on time, was professional, explained everything that he was going to do, he offered a few extra things, but not in a pushy way. He did a great job, was efficient, and cleaned up after himself. We will definitely be using Dryer Vent Wizard again in the future!
