Our home had a fire. I had no idea what the next steps were to do and how to go about getting help and guidance with the cleanup process. Day one -I barely spoke with my insurance company, so I still didn’t know what to do. Finally, I called Dry Medic and they literally helped me navigate every single next step that I could possibly imagine – which is exactly what I needed at the time. Not only did they call me back after five minutes of leaving a message.(two other companies didn’t call back for 2 days) Grant and his team (Tyler too)eased my anxieties by meeting me at the house right away, assessing the situation, and executing an action plan. With all of their amazing resources- they were able to coordinate all of the different specialists to come and go and fix the things that I needed

I could write a book with all STOP did for us during our time of need. Grant was in charge and was hands on with our mold remediation process. Grant and his team were very positive and supportive with our emotions and stress. He made our home a priority and even came back to check out some additional areas. I love the fact that STOP encourages you to have a 3rd party company come to confirm the problem prior to treatment and also check after completion. We even needed a plumbing issue resolved. They called Benjamin Franklin and took care of it all for us. I told you, we have so many great things to say! Since having the mold remediated, my health improved immediately. DRYmedic is my new go-to for restoration! Grant and Tyler were PERFECT! They were onsite in less than 30 minutes and likely saved my insurance company from a much larger claim. Better than that though was Tyler’s professionalism, knowledge and care for our property. He had to make several trips to our home and always came when he promised and called to let me know he was on his way. Can’t say enough about the level of service!!!!

After the storms, my basement was completely flooded. I was so stressed on what to do. I called DryMedic and Grant made the whole process seem so easy. Tyler and Andrew that worked on my basement were friendly and knowledgeable. They did not leave until they made absolutely sure I was happy with their service.
