Dryscape is our new go to place for landscape material. Not only are their prices and delivery charge less than the other yards, they have top notch customer service. Mitch is really nice to talk to-you’d like to have him as your neighbor-and he answers your questions clearly and helps in any way he can. I've used Dryscape on multiple projects, and they have been great every time. From gravel to Bluestone, they have been pro's. On time deliver every time. Good prices.

The customer service was extremely poor and it is clear that the customer is not important to them. They lost close to $4000 in business from me because they told me it would be 2 weeks delivery. After I paid they told me it would be another amount of time until I receive the pavers. They would not schedule the delivery to my place for immediate delivery when they are received at their place of business. They said it could take up to another week. They didn't care what they told me or whether it mattered to me. Evidently I am not the only one who doesn't like their customer service.
