Fantastic experience. Very attentive, responsive, and willing to answer the many questions we had about the entire process. Once the initial inspection and drywall/flooring/insulation removal was done, they came by every day to ensure the drying was going as planned. They noticed on the second day that it wasn't progressing as expected, so they took additional measures to ensure proper drying. Kudos to the whole crew: Ricky, Tony, Matt, Markese B , Blake K!

We recently experienced a leak from a broken shower pipe that traveled through the walls and all the way down into our garage. After the plumber fixed the pipe, we hired Dry Time to handle the drying and moisture mitigation, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. He guided me through what was a new and challenging situation involving extensive water damage, and he was incredibly helpful in navigating the process with my insurance company and adjuster when communication was sometimes inconsistent. Dry Time Restoration has been excellent taking care of the restoration after I had a water pipe break under my mobile home . They were here with in the hour of contacting them. They explained every step of the process. The monitored the drying process daily,7 days a week! Their crew are all professional and polite!
