We used Dryve restoration for a leak in the wall that resulted in an Insurance claim and the wood floors needing to be 100% refinished and replaced. Chris was extremely professional and the only person from the three companies we interviewed that went under the house and checked for additional damage. They also fought for us with insurance to have tile removed and replaced which also had water damage which wasn’t part of the original claim from insurance. Steve was on site regularly and communicative about the project. They also cleaned up the project site perfectly. The entire house was cleaner than before they came. Overall, we had a great experience and the floors look better than they did before the leak

Everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional, however reliability was a major issue. On multiple occasions, scheduled work did not occur and there was no communication unless I reached out first. I understand that projects can run over at times, but repeated no-shows without notice is unacceptable. I took off work several days expecting them to arrive, and they did not. Better communication and scheduling follow-through would greatly improve the experience.
