I contacted this company and they responded within several hours and scheduled a time at my convenience to come the next day and give me a quote. The estimate was very fair and the tech was very friendly and professional. I needed the work done ASAP and he agreed to come the next day and told me it would take three days and that he would come on a Saturday to finish the job. They were always on time, communicative and friendly and the tape and mud job was very very good. He is very good. They cleaned up after they were done. I will use them again. Muchas gracias.

Called Drywall, Inc. for some drywall repairs. Scheduled appointment for Tuesday between 12-2. 1:55 they called to say they couldn’t come and needed to reschedule to tomorrow at 8AM. We called at 9AM and were told the estimator was out on an ice emergency and would be there sometime that day. Called at 11 to ask if they could narrow the time which the woman taking the calls said she would call him and call me back. Rescheduled for 12:30 and he showed up. Spent about 5 minutes looking at what we wanted to have repaired and said we would have a proposal by the end of the week. Needless to say all this occurred last week and no proposal. We had used them for other work and they did an excellent job, guess things have changed, what a disappointment.

The work completed by this company was sub-standard. While they guarantee their work, the availability is less than acceptable. They work completed on my property was less than satisfactory. Further, they were are not able to schedule a f/u appt for another month. I spent hours trying to complete some of the work to prepare my home for the holidays as they are not available to come back out until after X-Mas.

We have a home improvement company and are renovating an old house in the city of Wilmington. We are a small company and had Drywall Inc come out to give us an estimate to install, finish and paint all the new drywall in the home (over 60 sheets of drywall). The homeowner also ask for pricing to install a new driveway and concrete patio. They came out on October 2nd. It is now 11/1 and I have called over 6 times trying to get the estimate. No one ever returns my call and I never did receive any estimate. If they were not interested in the work, I wish they hadn't wasted my time by coming out.

Professional service, got the job done in the timeframe they said it'd take to get it done, the workers were friendly and I'm pleased with the outcome. I'd hire them again for my drywall installation needs. Thanks Drywall Inc.
