DryZone Basement Systems

Tomas and his team recently did my basement. They installed 8 floor posts and 2 supplemental beams. They did an outstanding job and left the area clear after work was completed would recommend them for any of your basement needs. They do other work as well so I will definitely be reaching out for quotes on other projects I need done. Thank you again Tomas and team!

Cole and his team did a great job. They arrived on time and explained everything that they were going to do. They covered all of the floors to ensure that there was no mess and cleaned up after they left - it’s as if they were never here. They installed a sump pump and drainage and explained that they couldn’t bury the pipes due to the cold temps and that someone would come back in the spring to do that. Everything looks and work great. I would definitely recommend dry zone basement systems.

I want to thank Riley Tyler Melvin and Ed they did a phenomenal job I also had three windows replaced and again they did a phenomenal job on those windows.. these four guys work from the time they got here till the time they were done. I want to thank Riley he was great to deal with anytime I had a question he had an answer anytime I needed something done he made sure It got done he let me know small things that were wrong with my crawl space and he made sure he fixed it I can't be any happier with the results. In April 2022, I had my crawl space encapsulated. During a massive storm in September 2023, my entire crawl space flooded. I had 5 feet of water in my house and I lost my boiler, oil tank and a brand new hot water heater. This experience was devastating and was due to negligence of the town of north Providence. My neighbors and I had been complaining about poor drainage for years. Despite the massive amount of water, the pumps never failed. The battery backup continued to power the pump even after I had to cut the power. Everything was destroyed but at least the water didn’t come into my living space.
