We cannot say enough about the crew ( Joel, Peter and Tyler), very professional with ever aspect of the job from start to finish. I had a lot of questions which were answered with detail. What a good job on cleanup, could not tell they were there even after it rained on them the first day.

We got our crawl space done with Dry Zonea year ago. They are very knowledgeable about their profession. Today I called for service & Boom... there they were same day service. Their team & Dominic is kind helpful & the BEST. We highly recommend them. Great job at a timely manner. Torres

I have been a DryZone customer for about 10 years. Yesterday was my yearly inspection, a young man, Dominic Ciampo, arrived on time and without a doubt gave me the most thourgh, comprehensive and complete inspection of all eqipment that we have ever had. We called and scheduled Dry Zone to come out to our house in June to give us a free estimate for encapsulation of the crawl space in our 21 year old house. They were the second company we reached out to, and the experience between the two was like night and day. Even before Dry Zone arrived for the visit we received information from them that explained the science of the process and that introduced the company so that we could be ready with questions when they visited. Their representative, Derek, arrived on time, spent time reviewing our areas of concern and questions, and then spent time in the crawl space to get a true evaluation of the whole space. He then spent quality time reviewing his findings and recommendations and working with us to create a plan for resolution of the issues

Dry Zone came this week to do our annual inspection. Dominic C. was very thorough in his inspection and spent the time when he was done reviewing his finding along with pictures since we don't usually go in the crawl space. He made a recommendation of two new products that could help us but was not pushy. We had our crawl space encapsulated by Dry Zone in 2021.
