D's Garage Door Service

I called at 8:15am, they were here by 11:00 am. Austin was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. We've owned this property for 3.5 years and the garage is very old. The door now is so quiet. You barely here the door open. I'm very pleased with their service. Austin gets an A+++++++

They showed up on time, took care of the our garage door sensor very quickly. Our door runs so much smoother and quieter without any other problem by far. Cost was also very reasonable. Extremely satisfied!

I called Overhead doors they were not friendly, the lady who answered seemed to be bothered to be there. I scheduled an appointment and no one showed. I got online and found D's I called them explained I had an hour lunch if they could schedule me a time to come look at my door I would schedule my lunch accordingly. Got the appointment set up. They were right on time, came in showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done. He told me since my garage door was not a standard door that they would call me tomorrow with an estimate and explained they would have to order it, and their truck runs every 2 weeks so once it comes in they would call and schedule the install. He came today was running a little early so gave me a call. I took my lunch and met him over there within an hour and

They were there within three hours after my call. Very nice guy freed my truck from my garage but had to order the spring I needed. Another nice guy came within forty eight hours and efficiently repaired my door at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

I hate to break the chain of good reviews but the facts are the facts. I called D's Garage about an issue with my new garage door. To be clear, I purchased the garage door from Menards in Paducah, Ky and a Mexican Family Construction installed it. After several months, I realized the garage door was looking more and more crooked on one side. After taking a closer look, some of the bolts had come out from one side. I called D's Garage because of the good reviews and it being a nearby location. Friendly enough on the phone, they sent a boy out and he truly did not seem to know what he was doing. In fact, the first time he came out, he said he was lacking D's Garage again, I was informed it would be best to install a more secure opening instead of the coil type wire they said was dange
