D&s heating and air conditioning

Ryan put out new furnace, water heater and air conditioner in. Him and his guys did a great job and we have no complaints at all. I know he is very busy. But a good tech that is good IS going to be busy. That should tell you something.

Hired this company to inspect HVAC systems in a home I entered into a contract to buy. The gas was shut off, so they could not fire the furnace, but they inspected everything else. There is a new furnace in a box in the basement by the existing furnace. They agreed to come back with no additional charge to review the function of the furnace once the gas was on. Gas was restored to the home, and they returned removed the covers, the furnace works, however, parts are not available. You should install this furnace I can do it late September or October. About $1000.00 shouldn't take long as the cabinets are very close in size. I am pleased as a home buyer to have hired this company. They seem honest and forthright.
