After suffering through several criminal contractors, a friend recommended DSP and have used them extensively over the past 3 years to restore our 1920s home in Washington DC. They completely remodeled our basement, stand-alone garage, hardscaping, and several small projects. DSP just finished remodeling our attic, see pictures. Marcelo is responsive, his team are reliable and courteous, and they are good value. Also, they are clever problem solvers (again, 1920s house with weird problems). I highly recommend DSP and we will use them again.

We have been using Dave for about 14 years now. He has remodeled our kitchen, installed granite counter tops, painted our cabinets, and installed new flooring. He has a talented team working for him. They are reliable and clean up everything at the end of the day. If you are looking to paint your kitchen cabinets and make them look more modern I highly recommend Nathan! He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work! My new painted cabinets look like they came from the factory. I was beyond pleased with the job Dave and his crew did for our beautiful new kitchen. No matter what the job is big or small they get it done with professionalism and perfection!

DSP Contracting have now installed two basement bathrooms for us and both times have been nothing but an exceptional experience. Dave has always been upfront with costs and timelines, and has never gone past his timeline or over the cost. Dave has taken our vision and made it reality. We have truly had a great time working with Dave and his team and highly recommend them. The professionalism and quality made us feel we made the right choice.

Dave and his team did an amazing job building a new second story deck and stamped concrete patio on our property. Our outdoor space used to be run down and ugly, and now it is an absolutely stunning space! We felt we got a very reasonable quote for the project and are extremely satisfied with the results. Dave was very responsive to calls/texts throughout the project, which helped to put our minds at ease throughout the project. We highly recommend Dave and his team!

I have been looking for getting my basement finished for a whole year. 5 different calls and I waited for the quote and none of them got back to me. My neighbor happened to be doing their basement I went And them for their office number and I called. Less then 2 days I got Dave come by to look at the basement and got me a quote right on the spot, his honesty was superb, “you got quote cause the house across has the same build design” DSP was quick in getting my contract writing and permit approved. The work started the following week with framing completed in 2 weeks. The finishing a 1800 sq ft basement with a bedroom and finished bath in 2 months, with quote reasonable. I will definitely refer them again.
