Unable to give zero stars. I would NOT recommend this business. My project was totally mismanaged. I was assured the cabinets were on the way so demo began on June 9, 2021. The tile I requested for the floor was not ordered causing a 6-7 week delay even though it was picked out and message sent in March. Delay after delay. Excuse after excuse. Messages (so many messages) sent without, or with a rude, reply. No offer to make my kitchen workable while waiting. Contracted tile work on the shower floor was poorly laid and water pools/stays wet all day and they refused to make it right. We came to a settlement agreement in September that they would put the cabinets on October 25th. More excuses this day and no cabinets installed breaking their own settlement agreement! Hired for a small bathroom countertop. Initially snapped the countertop that was purchased (from another company) due to not having the appropriate truck (per said company an A frame was needed), even though they said they did. Offered a different one in a similar style. There were some scheduling delays in my end due to mold found in the walls, but we were ready for the counter June 25, 2021. I emailed and messaged, continually getting "next week" until September. At that point I requested a refund, but was told the money was already spent on the project. I then requested an itemized bill, and was ignored. In September a cheap laminate countertop had been installed, because my family could no longer reasonably go without a bathroom sink.
