Rarely would I use the term “ like family” in the same sentence used to describe a service provider but that’s exactly how I would describe Paul and Armando. Paul worked tirelessly to address every minute detail of the proposal that concerned my elderly parents, never rushing them and always courteous. When they finally decided to do the work (A/C replacement, A/C cleaning/sanitizing and vent cleaning) two months later, Paul and Armando both took the time to share pictures of the progress with my parents and patiently addressed all their questions. While waiting for the A/C replacement to finish up, Armando gratuitously assisted my parents in evaluating the cause of another issue they were having in their home.
