This is an awesome company with very professional and friendly people. Starting with the lady who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment for service and Gilbert who did service of our septic tank. We had a septic emergency late in the evening when our tank backed up into the house, and this company absolutely saved us. They responded incredibly fast—after hours—and had someone on-site before we could even finish stressing about it. A huge shoutout to Gilbert, our technician. He was professional, informative, and clearly very knowledgeable. He walked us through what happened, explained the process, and made sure everything was handled safely and thoroughly. You could tell he really knew his craft and cared about doing the job right. It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of service, especially in an emergency. Thank you, called for an appointment and they scheduled me that afternoon. It took one hour to complete their pump service. The service technician was extremely knowledgeable about his job. He took the time to explain a septic system to us. He also provided me with consumer tips to maintain and extend the life of my system. Total cost to pump a 1,000 gallon tank was $335. They took all methods of payment. I would use them again.

We needed our septic pumped urgently. It was Sunday after Thanksgiving, late afternoon. We started calling around, most "emergency" numbers didn't even answer. Ducks responded and sent somebody out in short order. Gilbert came out. He was professional, friendly and informative about septic care and maintenance (we let ours go too long). Gilbert is a credit to his company. Emergency call, on a Sunday, Holiday weekend, 1500 gallon tank, same day service... still under a grand. This comapny is great! Absolutely recommend.

Chey provided the best service and was knowledgeable of all the services and option available for me and shitty situation!!! He took the extra time to ensure all my needs were met. Hope I don't have to.... but if I do .... I will be calling Chey again!!!
