We had a great experience with a recent maintenance visit for our AC. Jose is an amazing detail oriented technician and was able to point out areas of my a/c I didn’t even knew could clog up and he was able to clean out my entire condensate drain line which was full of debris from over the years other maintenance techs had no ideas to clean. On top of that as added some tabs to my pump basin to protect it from future debris and sludge stopping it up again. Will definitely use them again.
