Duct Doctor USA Of DMV

We needed our duct work deep cleaned and done right and we got that with Duct Doctor. We called 8 companies and asked detailed questions about how they cleaned ducts and Duct Doctor had the right answers and did everything they promised. They used agitated whips in every vent - supply and return- and they were the only company we could find with a truck mounted vacuum, which was nearly 10 times more powerful than the portable vacuums of the other companies. And they were incredibly affordable!! Only one other company out of the 8 we called was less expensive and did not promise the thorough job that Duct Doctor gave us. The technicians were on time, friendly, and very professional. We absolutely will call Duct Doctor every time!!

This is my second time using duct doctor and I can’t speak highly enough about them. The last service call we were still in our old house in VA, and I had kept up regularly with vent cleaning. The service was professional, no hidden fees and I was very happy with the service. But the results were not dramatic. But this service call we had moved into our new house in MD and the dryer wasn’t operating properly. It took (2-3) 50 minute cycles to dry clothes. OMG. Not sure why people don’t think this is an important maintenance item, but it was clear the prior owner had never cleaned the dryer duct, the house is 7 years old. Couple weeks ago had DJ come out and provide the dryer vent cleaning. He was prompt and on time and the service didn’t take took long either. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Easiest thing to schedule. Will be using again in the future.

Need FULL REFUND by COB OCTOBER 24th. Work not done. Chris came 10/20 in am. I paid for deep duct cleaning and UV light. Showed him HVAC system that had drywall dust in it. Chris showed pictures post work I questioned why it looks the same as before cleaning? Meaning drywall dust still there . He responds that’s just how the UV lights makes it look in pictures. I later inspected it and sure enough DRYWALL Dust was still there. Also he didn’t do dry vents as Ben stated was included in deep cleaning. I have pictures of proof. Additionally I recently had home painted, bathroom redone, floors replaced. Chris damaged my walls around the vents. Again full refund to original form of payment by COB 10/24/23.
