We ordered a custom designed distribution box for a zoning project. Had no problems at all. Delivered on time as quoted along with my itemized list of materials for ducting out the basement. I plan on using them again on all of my ducting & metal work. They were fair and easy to work with & schedule.

Left me hanging on a custom order. Ordered a custom duct and floor register. I called a couple days after the promised completion date before driving to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready due to a technical issue. Got a call 1 week after and was told it was ready for pickup. Picked up the duct, but no register. I was told they didn't order it because it had a long lead time (similar to how long I had already waited). I got a refund but now have to use another supplier (Amazon) to get the register (it will be here on Monday). Next time I'll go somewhere else first.

I work for a local mechanical engineering consulting firm and expect quality over speed or cost. I ordered a custom supply and return plenum box for an air handler at my house. Great construction quality and the boxes were finished on schedule.

Be very careful with this outfit. Definitely not interested in customer service. At the slightest notion of seeing an opportunity to literally steal from you,they will. Overpriced and poor workmanship seem their standard. Far too many other reputable metal shops out there to take a chance on this one.

I've been getting my metal duct from them since 2007 , and they always serve me well .
